Bonded courier and guard service chartered by King Robert (Day 100), organized by Tristan, overseen by Tranos as part of Matthias's chartered companies (Day 101). Modeled on OP parcel carriers (Matthias's FedEx/UPS concept, Day 49).

Royal Charter drafted by Jorah (Day 95); Crown assent Day 100. Service intended to begin ~one moon after Day 95.
